SES Qualified Source Test Individual and Observer (QSTI /QSTO) Program

Announcements and Updates

  • Live Online Proctored exams are now available and are administered by Meazure Learning. The examination costs are $200.00 per exam group, and each is a one-time purchase. There are no additional charges for proctoring or exam delivery. Re-take efforts will incur another $200.00 charge. See the section below entitled Guidelines for Meazure Learning Live Online Proctored SES Methods Knowledge Exams for more information.  To register for the online exam go to  login  to access the Scantron/Meazure Learning website.

  • Each of the methods group exams includes a few questions that require some calculations. The questions provide all the data needed for the calculations which are derived directly from the equations specified in the relevant methods. For either exam format (i.e., in-person or LOP), the candidate may NOT use a personal calculator, mobile/smart phone, or other personal electronic calculations device during the exam session. This revised policy for in-person exams will go into effect as of June 5, 2023.  After that time, the candidate must use the multifunctionsl calculator provided by the proctor for in-person exam sessions.
