As predicted, the SSSAAP 2013 Conference is currently filled to capacity. This conference has the distinction of filling up earlier than previous years! The Conference Steering Committee wants the size to be (220) Registrants, so the meeting room is comfortable and not cramped. We are currently at the maximum capacity!
Please don't be disappointed if you haven't registered. Slots do open up as some registrants cancel, we expect a few to open up between now and mid-February.
We are managing the list according to the date/time your registration was received.

We expect to have more information by mid-December…please be patient, as this procedure is managed as accurately and fairly as possible. The issue is not hotel space, it is space in the conference room…please do not make your own hotel reservations…it will just preclude the hotel from giving the conference more rooms.

The Source Evaluation Society is completing plans for the 37th SSSAAP Conference to be held at Westin Hilton Head Resort on the beach in Hilton Head, SC. This international conference will have evening and morning sessions, Sunday through Friday March 24-29, 2013. The conference format includes technical presentations and incorporates ample opportunities for meaningful discussions. This conference provides a unique opportunity for discussions with emissions measurement professionals from industrial source operators, regulatory agencies, and consulting/engineering firms in a highly interactive setting.
Technical sessions focus on regulatory development, evolving testing methodologies, measurement and monitoring issues and technologies, industrial source operator perspectives, field and laboratory problem-solving, data management, and data quality issues.
The agenda is intentionally comprehensive with each session building upon the previous session and designed to support and encourage participation throughout the week.
Attendees include professionals from commercial source sampling and analysis companies, environmental consultants, industrial operations, research and equipment development organizations, and local, state and federal government agencies.
